Such an easy process, and what an amazing way to extend the shelf life of all that hard work 💕 I live locally so was able to book in my drop off, Jess greeted us and got straight to weighing my milk and we were quickly on our way. Jess and Tiana kept me up to date throughout the process and advised me to let them know if we needed the milk by a certain date (I didn't, so was fine knowing my milk was in safe hands!). I decided to get my breastmilk freeze dried, and the process was so seamless! I ordered the wrong package (wanted to drop off rather then ship) and I got in contact with Jessica, and she was so quick to help and amend everything so easily and fuss free. The WHOLE process from drop off to collection was done so easy, you knew what was happening every step of the way from when it was stored, to the freeze dry process to bagging up the milk, it's amazing! Absolute life saver
This is a great service and excellent product I would absolutely recommend this to anyone considering the freeze dried milk option. I got some milk freeze dried through The Milkfairy a couple of months ago. My family went on an off grid camping trip where I am so glad I freeze dried my milk. Our battery system on our camper failed during the trip which meant our fridge and freezer turned off during the night without us realising. I lost a little milk I'd pumped the previous night but luckily didn't have any in the freezer because I brought the freeze dried sachets!!! Absolute life saver and will be using again when I build up another stash.

I love this service so much! I am a long term fan of the Milk Fairy, I used this with my first son and two years later I still have breast milk to offer him if he is sick or showing any signs of it. Unfortunate experience
Overall the process was clunky, the courier did not show up on the day and when I tried calling the milk fairy number a child picked up the phone making it difficult to speak to the milk fairy spokesperson. After this was sorted the team told me I would receive a free milk warmer as an apology for the difficulties which I did not receive. I emailed them to ask whether they were in fact sending one and I never heard a response. Milk was received outside of the 6 week window as advertised as well. Unfortunate experience possibly but customer service felt disingenuous and without proper follow up from the team I feel this review is warranted.

Perfect for travel
As a breastfeeding mum, in the back of my mind was my frozen breastmilk, that was expiring soon. When I found milk fairy, I knew this was the solution, especially with my upcoming travel.
