Quick questions

good to know.

What if my kit isn't full?

Just fill the gaps with ice packs. Kits work best packed full. Unsure which size? Email hello@themilkfairy.com and we'll help.

How long does it take?

Your kit arrives in 1 to 3 business days. Once your milk reaches us, freeze-drying takes 5 to 7 days, then 1 to 2 days to get back to you. Most mums have their powder within 4 to 5 weeks of ordering.

Will it stay frozen on the way?

Yes. Your insulated cooler travels overnight express, and the GPS tracker lets you watch it the whole way.

Is my milk kept separate?

Always. Each bag goes into its own sealed Pure Protect pouch, so your milk never touches anyone else's. Very small bags may be combined so each pouch has enough powder.

How do I use the powder?

Mix it with cooled, boiled water. Instructions come with your pouches, and here's our step-by-step guide.
