Every lactation bag is placed inside its own sealed Pure Protect pouch before freeze-drying. Smaller bags may be combined within the same pouch to ensure enough powder in final pouches. Your milk never touches shared trays, shared surfaces, or anyone else's milk.

Each kit lists the litre range it holds. As a rough guide: 1 standard 120ml bag = 0.12 litres. Multiply your bag count by 120 and divide by 1000 to estimate your total volume. When in doubt, size up. Always fill extra space with ice packs. You can also use our size calculator.
Your kit ships within 1 to 3 business days. Once we receive your milk, freeze-drying takes 5 to 7 days, plus 1 to 2 days return shipping. Most mums see their powder back within 4 to 5 weeks of ordering.
