Using 3% Food-Grade Hydrogen Peroxide

Add water into the bottle to loosen any residue.

Rinse and discard the water.

Add a splash of 3% hydrogen peroxide directly into the bottle.

Use the included brush to scrub the inside thoroughly.

Let it sit for 1–2 minutes to disinfect.

Rinse well with clean water.

Air dry with the lid off.
