WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We are mothers ourselves, and we understand that plans can change. If your breastfeeding journey takes an unexpected turn or your situation changes, just send us an email.
- Change of Plans: For returns due to a change in situation, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- Damaged or Faulty Shipping Kits: If your shipping kit arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement kit at no extra charge.
Please note:
The sale of physical products (excluding shipping kits) is final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes any items sold at a reduced price or as part of a limited-time offer.
For shipping kit returns, contact our customer care team within 2 days of receiving your kit at hello@themilkfairy.com.
For physical product returns, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please complete the form on our website to initiate the process.
