Returns Policy

We’re mothers too, and we get that plans can change.

Change of Mind:

If you’ve had a change of mind, we accept returns on unopened physical products within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and refunds will be processed minus original shipping costs.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If the item you purchased is faulty, you can choose to receive a full refund or exchange.

Exchanges:

We only offer exchanges for defective or faulty products. Exchanges due to change of mind are not accepted.


Damaged or Faulty Shipping Kits:

If your shipping kit arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 2 days of receiving it. We’ll cover return shipping and send you a replacement free of charge.

  • For any return or exchange, products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
