This is a great service and excellent product I would absolutely recommend this to anyone considering the freeze dried milk option.

I got some milk freeze dried through The Milkfairy a couple of months ago. My family went on an off grid camping trip where I am so glad I freeze dried my milk. Our battery system on our camper failed during the trip which meant our fridge and freezer turned off during the night without us realising. I lost a little milk I’d pumped the previous night but luckily didn’t have any in the freezer because I brought the freeze dried sachets!!! Absolute life saver and will be using again when I build up another stash.

Absolute amazing idea and product, not having to cart around fresh or frozen as a back up is the best and the stress is gone!

I love this service so much! I am a long term fan of the Milk Fairy, I used this with my first son and two years later I still have breast milk to offer him if he is sick or showing any signs of it. I have recently purchased this again for my daughter and as the cherry on top, the team are able to seperate my colostrum heavy milk from the rest. So so thankful, me and the babies are so lucky.

I have high lipase milk and my baby will now drink it after being freeze dried!
With my order I did have some trouble with my milk being collected and when I needed it send back to me but the milk fairy team helped solve the issues! Great customer service and support.

I used this service for our Bali trip. I wanted to bring my breast milk for the plane, and when we were over there and didn't know how to make it work. Heard about you guys, bought a kit & paid for the rush fee! So amazing. I had my breast milk powder on hand while on holiday and the entire process was simple, informative and super reassuring. Will be using again:)

Overall the process was clunky, the courier did not show up on the day and when I tried calling the milk fairy number a child picked up the phone making it difficult to speak to the milk fairy spokesperson. After this was sorted the team told me I would receive a free milk warmer as an apology for the difficulties which I did not receive. I emailed them to ask whether they were in fact sending one and I never heard a response. Milk was received outside of the 6 week window as advertised as well. Unfortunate experience possibly but customer service felt disingenuous and without proper follow up from the team I feel this review is warranted.

As a breastfeeding mum, in the back of my mind was my frozen breastmilk, that was expiring soon. When I found milk fairy, I knew this was the solution, especially with my upcoming travel.
Before bed, Bub gets a bottle of my milk that I have collected throughout the day but traveling makes this almost impossible, solution Milk Fairy freeze dried breastmilk! This made it so easy on the plane for our night flight and when we got to the hotel. High recommended! Customer service was also fantastic and answered all questions promptly.

As a busy mum who is usually out and about during the week , finding this made me so happy and saved my mind and thoughts on wether to go onto formula for the days I’m out and busy .
Definitely worth every penny and process ! 🙌🏽

The process was super easy and stress-free, and communication was amazing from start to finish. I’m so happy I was able to turn my liquid gold into powdered gold before it expired.
