Your kit ships within 3 business days. From the day your milk reaches us, processing takes 3 to 4 weeks. If you're working to a deadline like a trip or a return-to-work date, we offer a 7 day express turnaround, so just tell us when you order and we'll sort it.

One price covers the whole thing: your insulated cooler and GPS tracker sent to you, free metro collection, prepaid overnight return shipping, the freeze-drying itself, water activity testing, and your powder returned in labelled sachets. There is nothing else to buy and no per-litre surcharge inside your kit's allowance.

Sending less is completely fine, you just won't use the full allowance. If you send more than your kit covers, we'll get in touch before processing and sort the difference. Nothing is ever dried without checking with you first.

Your kit includes a medical-grade insulated cooler and a GPS tracker, and return shipping is overnight. You can follow the package the whole way. If anything looks wrong on arrival, we contact you before we do anything.

Breast milk is about 87% water, so what comes back is roughly 13% of what you sent by weight. Add the water back and you get the same volume of milk you started with. Mixing instructions come printed with every order.
