How Does it Work?

Freeze-drying is a process that gently removes the water from your frozen breast milk — preserving the most of the powerful nutrients, antibodies, and goodness inside. What you get is a shelf-stable, travel-friendly powder that lasts for years and rehydrates just like formula — but it’s 100% your own breast milk.

How it works:

  • Purchase & book

    Purchase a kit and book your collection date by following the prompts provided in your confirmation email.

  • We send the kit to your home

    Your kit is dispatched from our facility within 24hrs of receiving your confirmed collection date.

  • You pack & send

    Pack and prepare your frozen breast milk the morning of collection from your home. Be sure to set up your GPS tracking device.

  • We collect

    Our courier will arrive between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm on your collection date to pick up your packaged, frozen breast milk and deliver it safely to our facility.

  • We freeze-dry & test

    Your breast milk is freeze-dried, moisture-tested, then packed into easy-to-use sachets. You will receive back the exact amount you sent.

  • We return

    Your breast milk powder is delivered back to your doorstep, ready to use. Your GPS tracker is included in this shipment to provide live delivery tracking.
