This is our door-to-door freeze-drying service. Your shipping kit includes everything you need to safely ship your stash to The Milk Fairy. Simply choose the size that best suits your stash and we will ship it out to you within 48 hours.
Your breast milk remains frozen at all times during transit and in our facility.
Your shipping kit includes your medical-grade shipper, personal GPS tracking device, return shipping label and your instructions. If you have any questions, please email us at hello@themilkfairy.com to talk about our rush service.
We accept any certified lactation bags and hospital-grade bottles. Please note that bottles require an additional processing fee as they take significantly longer to safely remove while maintaining frozen temperatures.
Pro Tip: Freeze your lactation bags lying flat in the freezer—this maximises space in your freeze-drying kit and ensures the most efficient packing.
Our average turnaround time is approximately 6 weeks. As the only service in Australia that processes each mother's breast milk in its own private, sterilised chamber, we're proud to offer a completely personalised experience—processing only one mama's milk at a time.

All shipping is included in our Shipping Kit cost. This includes shipping of your kit to you, the cost of your kit being collected, and also the cost of your breast milk powder being returned to you.
