My obsession with the wonders of childbirth began long before I even considered having children myself. I could sense there was this hidden, unspoken component of childbirth, and I needed to uncover it.
I've experienced two very different births—one as a young mother navigating challenges I never expected, and another where I felt deeply connected and empowered. I face pregnancy head-on, wanting to know and educate myself on every little part of it, the changes happening within my body, the life force energy inside and around me.
I’ve spent years immersed in the world of birth — curating resources, learning from experts, and listening to mothers share their stories. Birth is something I speak about, hear about, and live daily through both my community and my business. Through Elevate and The Milk Fairy, my mission is to bridge the gap between the holistic and the realistic — offering mothers practical tools, soulful wisdom, and encouragement to step into birth with confidence. I believe in reviving the ancient wisdom of childbirth that has been forgotten or hidden, and helping women ELEVATE their expectations of what birth can truly be.
This masterclass is everything I wish I had known from the beginning. I'm here to share what I've learned, not from a place of perfection, but from real experience, deep curiosity, and genuine love for this journey.
